Cancellation Policy
At Sugar Haus Aesthetics, we value both your time and ours. Please review our policies carefully before booking.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 48 business hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
If multiple services are booked and one service is canceled the same day, the canceled service will still be charged at full price.
Deposit Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Deposits are required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance.
Menstrual Cycle Policy
We are happy to accommodate clients during their menstrual cycle. For sugaring services, we kindly ask that a tampon be worn for your comfort and ours.
Last-minute cancellations or reschedules due to your cycle will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
A 7-minute grace period is provided.
Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may incur a $15 late fee, require service modification, or have the appointment considered a no-show, resulting in a 100% service charge.
